Our Range
The classic all-purpose brick. High compressive strength, uniform size, and rich terracotta finish. Ideal for walls, facades, and general construction.
Made from industrial fly ash, these lightweight bricks offer superior thermal insulation and reduced environmental impact without compromising strength.
Engineered for extreme heat resistance. Used in furnaces, kilns, fireplaces, and industrial applications requiring sustained high-temperature performance.
Lightweight hollow-core design reduces structural load while providing excellent sound and thermal insulation. Perfect for partition walls and upper floors.
How We Make It
We source premium alluvial clay and shale from certified quarries. Each batch is tested for plasticity, mineral content, and particle size before entering production.
Clay is blended with water and additives in precise ratios, then extruded and wire-cut or pressed into uniform moulds using automated machinery.
Green bricks are dried in tunnel dryers at controlled temperatures for 24–48 hours, removing moisture gradually to prevent cracking and warping.
Bricks are fired in continuous tunnel kilns at temperatures up to 1100°C. This vitrification process creates the dense, hard matrix that gives our bricks their legendary strength.
Every batch undergoes compressive strength, water absorption, efflorescence, and dimensional tolerance tests in our in-house laboratory before dispatch.
Certified bricks are palletised and dispatched via our fleet of trucks. We offer same-week delivery within 200 km and scheduled bulk deliveries nationwide.
